Shandong Molong has optimized and adjusted its own production process to achieve mass production of 820mm × 10mm seamless steel pipes for steam pipelines, with a finished product length of over 10.5 meters, meeting customer requirements. At the same time, the product uses thermal expansion technology, and all mechanical performance parameters, dimensional tolerances, etc. are superior to national standards, solving the problem of increased workload and cost caused by short pipe length and increased welding joints during customer use, and improving the safety factor of steam transportation in the thermal pipeline network.
